WEEK 6 - PSRA WEEK (9 OCTOBER -14 OCTOBER 2023)
This week, all of my students didn't attend school because they needed to attend their PSRA examination. They are all year 6 students and had to attend their PSRA examination, their religious school major examination, all week. Sadly, I can't continue my lesson with my 6 Kreatif pupils. I need to postpone my lesson again. For the rest of the week, year 6 pupils who didn't take the PSRA examination were asked to sit in the same class for 1 week straight. We only opened 2 classes which are class A and class B. I needed to take over class B for English subject but I just did a simple grammar exercise with them since most were from lower class. For the rest of the week teaching class B I felt like handling such a small classroom was much easier and more fun than I imagined. It was easier to control and interact with. It was definitely a good experience because I had never taught in a small classroom before. On week 6, pupils from year 5 were having their traditional game competition, and year 6 teachers were also having an eating potluck together at the science lab. I ended the week with conducting aerobics for Hari Sukan Negara. Such a tiring day because there were so many activities going on that day such as a big walk and netball competition between teachers and pupils.
